Items are only eligible for refund if they have been purchased within 30 days.
To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that does not meet the expectations of our customers, and is within 30 days of purchase, may also be eligible for a full refund, however, acceptable expectations cannot include:
- Any expectations of pregnancy. Although we believe that proper supplementation is an important variable in fertility, it is only one of many influential variables, of which the remaining variables are beyond the influence of a supplement. It is important that our users manage as many of the factors that influence fertility. If you are unclear as to what variables influence fertility, be sure to consult your doctor.
- Any expectations of changes to other medical indicators, as customers may have additional medical concerns, known or unknown to them, that are beyond the influence of our products.
There are certain situations where a full refund maybe granted (if applicable):
- Any item that does not contain the ingredients that they state to have. FERTILIFY stands behind the quality and contents of its products.
- Any item that does not have detailed information, available on our website, as to the importance of it’s ingredients with respect to reproductive health. FERTILIFY believes in transparency and education with respect to fertility.
- Any item that is damaged such so that the quality of its contents would be compromised. FERTILIFY stands behind the safety of its products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@FERTILIFY.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: FERTILIFY INC., P.O. Box 30071, King Street P.O., Toronto, ON, M5V 0A3, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
